Gantt has the capability to prepare cost estimates for all project phases from concept through to execution. We provide accurate and detailed estimates that are easy to follow and understand. We can provide guidance for Construction works on commercial, residential and industrial projects of all sizes and the mining resources and oil and gas industries.

As properties get older, they wear and depreciate in value. All properties, old and new, have tax depreciation value. To compensate you for this, the ATO allows you as the investment property owner to claim a deduction related to this depreciation against your taxable income. To calculate the value, a tax depreciation report must be compiled by a qualified and registered Quantity Surveyor. Gantt Project Services will ensure that your claim is maximised and complies within the ATO guidelines. We prepare reports that ensure all deductions are identified and that the ATO governing laws and requirements have been met.
